Taiwan-Thailand adjusts agreement

From the previous amendment to the Taiwan-Thailand Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement, there are two more important points: Taiwanese enterprises receive indirect investment protection through third territories. In addition to protecting traditional investment behavior, this agreement also covers cases where enterprises from both sides invest indirectly through third territories. Followed by both governments may take necessary measures for the public interest.
